Uh, OK.
The router should give you some firewall protection but quite possibly inbound only. If it's the free version of ZoneAlarm it leaks like a sieve, not much use at all. Get a firewall that doesn't let your personal details get leaked out. Check out these firewall leak-test results:

Avast anti-virus and AVG Anti-Spyware are pretty good, so is CCleaner but it's not really a security program. Ad-Aware is pretty average, I doubt it will find anything if you run AVG first. SpywareBlaster stops a lot of the crap getting on your pc: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareb...
