I have linksys router zone alarm firewall avast anti virus avg anti spyware adaware 2007 and cc c?

Uh, OK.

The router should give you some firewall protection but quite possibly inbound only. If it's the free version of ZoneAlarm it leaks like a sieve, not much use at all. Get a firewall that doesn't let your personal details get leaked out. Check out these firewall leak-test results:

Avast anti-virus and AVG Anti-Spyware are pretty good, so is CCleaner but it's not really a security program. Ad-Aware is pretty average, I doubt it will find anything if you run AVG first. SpywareBlaster stops a lot of the crap getting on your pc: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareb...

These are all free and easy-to-use programs that will enhance your chances of survival on the web:

SiteAdvisor: Essential if you use search engines

SiteHound: Blocks access to known 'bad' websites

Secunia PSI: informs you when you need to update your programs

Firefox *with* NoScript: the safest way to surf the web
