What I had to do was use a school computer to download the setup file. I am going to email it to myself and set it up on my pc Before, the virus wouldn't let me finsh. Will it let me set it up now that I have the completed setup file? Someone told em they would charge me thirty bucks and that I would lose all of my documents, is this true? Do I have to burn my documents first?

No It is not true. there is a way you can fix this. for example if you have a flash memory or external hard drive, you can Install an OS on it and then boot from your flash drive then install the anti virus software, and scan all of your infected drives and remove them, that could fix the problem. or you can boot your PC from a your windows CD and try to recover the system files and reboot from your hard drive in safe mode and try the ant virus software.
You know what,we had about 3 Trojan downloaders once before,and we had to call a technician to reformat.I think that might be the only way to get that off.However,if you don't have the money to do that,then try these.
