Try Pc-cillin 2006 or Kaspersky internet security. Personally I'd prefer the former.

Also you might wanna consider getting google toolbar.

Tell me... What program is giving the 'pop up'? Is it your internet browser?

Nowadays some virii infect system restore, so this isnt a sure bet.

I googled quzake.dll and got nothing helpful. Would you please check the spelling and ensure it is correct?
Sounds like a virus rather than spyware. we had the Godzilla virus affect some computers. It basically sent our homepage to some other page. There's a removal tool somewhere out there on the web for that. I don't think AGV caught it at first. That was a year ago.
