Computer help..plz?

My friend doesnt have any antivirus or firewall on her computer so now she has alot of spyware and junk on it and she wants me to help her out... so i want to know what i should do first the trend micro scan then install firewall then avast antivirus and spy bot search and destroy ? what do you think is the best way to go about doing this...and she uses dial up so if you know a faster online scan let me know..thanks
