Help....virus....trojan horse?

my antivirus (avast) picked up that my computer have been infected with trojan hourse, but the warning banner keep on flashing, it doesnt want to move it to the chest or delete it. the banner keeps on popping up.how can i get rid of the virus without having to pay to get it removed....are there any programs i can download from the net????

try norton security for 14 days.
Restart your computer in safe mode,,,,,,,,,,,

the best way is,,,,,open your start menu and open RUN,

type --msconfig-----on the page that opens up go to boot ini tab

and check safe mode and then apply at bottom,,,,and it will say restart,,,restart and you will be in safe mode,,,,,now run

your crappy avast,,,,,,, see if this works,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
hey grl...... just go to your restore point of your sysyem... and your system will work as usuall in fine manner as earlier depend upon your restore point date....
