If you want the full performance of your hardware you'll need to upgrade to Linux so that you don't need to waste resources on malware protection suites.

They will all slow it down if it has an on-access scanner. If you want one that doesn't slow it down at all you want Clam Antivirus. I think it is Clamwin for windows. You have to manually scan your hard drive. This will not impact your computer at all unless you are scanning.
